Information For Beneficiaries

Properties Available

The properties that are available are designed for single occupation as standalone flats or in converted houses with other beneficiary flats.

Relevant Considerations For Occupiers

The trustees have continuing obligation to provide accommodation which is occupied by those who do qualify for occupation under the terms of the trust. However circumstances of beneficiaries can change over time, and therefore, as a consequence of a change of circumstances, they may cease to qualify as beneficiaries after a period in occupation of trust accommodation.

It is important that occupiers take into account the needs of their neighbours and the trustees are mindful of the needs of all neighbours, beneficiaries or otherwise. All complaints will be investigated by either the managing agents or trustees.

Management of Trust Properties

In order that the trustees may manage the trust properties and ensure that the trust objectives are complied with, occupation is granted by way of a licence.

The managing agents are the first port of call for beneficiaries having maintenance issues. Each beneficiary will receive an annual visit from a trustee and managing agent.
